This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of Meme Coin Hunter ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and retains information when you use our website, Discord bot, APIs, subscriptions, alerts, scans, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

• Discord account information: Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar, discriminator where applicable, email address, OAuth session information, guild memberships, and guild permissions needed to authenticate you and determine which servers you may manage.
• Discord server information: server IDs, channel IDs, bot installation status, subscription ownership, alert settings, filters, and custom bot configuration.
• Wallet and blockchain information: public wallet addresses you choose to track, wallet labels, public transactions, token addresses, and related public blockchain activity. We do not request or need private keys or seed phrases.
• Subscription information: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, selected plans, billing intervals, trial eligibility and redemption, subscription status, server assignments, and server-switch history. Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe, not by us.
• Service and market data: command activity, scan-limit usage, alert-delivery state, token trends and occurrences, cached results, and information necessary to prevent duplicate or abusive requests.
• Technical information: IP address, request time, browser or client information, cookies, diagnostic logs, error details, and security events generated when you access the Service.
• Communications: information you provide when requesting support, refunds, or otherwise contacting us.

We use information to:

• Authenticate users and maintain secure sessions.
• Operate the bot, website, subscriptions, trials, alerts, scans, and account features.
• Determine server permissions, subscription access, limits, and eligibility.
• Deliver and personalize alerts based on server settings.
• Process payments, cancellations, server switches, and refund requests.
• Maintain reliability, cache results, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and secure the Service.
• Comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect users, the Service, and third parties.
• Analyze and improve functionality, performance, and user experience.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, comply with legal obligations, and, where required, with your consent.

We use essential cookies and similar storage to authenticate users, protect OAuth flows, maintain sessions, prevent request forgery, and remember necessary interface state. Blocking essential cookies may prevent account and subscription features from working. We do not use payment-card cookies; Stripe may use its own technologies under its policies when you visit Stripe-hosted pages.

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

• Operate with service providers, including Discord, Stripe, hosting, content-delivery, database, caching, monitoring, blockchain infrastructure, market-data, social-data, and support providers.
• Comply with law, legal process, regulatory requests, or valid governmental demands.
• Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, Terms violations, or threats to safety and rights.
• Complete a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, bankruptcy, or transfer of the Service.
• Act with your direction or consent.

We do not sell payment-card information, private keys, or seed phrases, and we do not knowingly collect them.

Discord processes authentication and server information under its Privacy Policy. Stripe processes payment and billing information under its Privacy Policy. Other infrastructure, blockchain, market-data, and social platforms process information according to their own policies. We do not control those third parties or their independent practices.

Public wallet addresses and transactions are permanently visible on public blockchains and may be copied, analyzed, or associated with other information by anyone. We cannot delete or alter blockchain records. Removing a tracked wallet from Meme Coin Hunter only removes our stored configuration; it does not remove the address or transaction history from a blockchain or third-party provider.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and payment obligations. Retention periods vary by data type. Cached data and operational logs may be kept for shorter periods, while subscription, transaction-reference, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained longer. We may de-identify information and retain it where legally permitted.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No service, transmission, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your Discord account and immediately reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Those locations may have different privacy laws. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers or rely on another lawful transfer mechanism.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision. You may disconnect Discord access, remove tracked wallets, change server settings, cancel subscriptions through Stripe, and request account assistance by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law permits or requires it. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

The Service is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service where appropriate. Your continued use after an update is subject to the revised policy.
