Refund Policy
1. Seven-Day Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within the first seven calendar days after the applicable purchase or renewal charge. A request submitted within seven days is eligible for review only and does not guarantee a refund. All refunds are granted or denied at our sole discretion, except where applicable law requires otherwise. After the seven-day period, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
2. How to Request a Refund
Your request must include enough information for us to identify and evaluate the charge:
- Your Discord user ID.
- The Discord server ID associated with the subscription.
- The Stripe receipt, invoice, or subscription identifier.
- The purchase date and reason for the request.
Requests missing required information may be delayed or denied. Contacting us does not automatically cancel a subscription; you must separately cancel through the Stripe billing portal to prevent future renewal charges.
3. Factors We May Consider
When exercising our discretion, we may consider:
- Whether the request was submitted within seven calendar days.
- Service usage, subscription benefits consumed, prior refunds, and trial history.
- Whether the charge resulted from fraud, abuse, duplicate billing, or a technical failure attributable to us.
- Whether the user violated our Terms, circumvented limits, or supplied inaccurate information.
- Any other circumstances we reasonably consider relevant.
4. Ordinarily Non-Refundable Circumstances
Unless required by law, we ordinarily do not provide refunds or credits for:
- Requests submitted more than seven calendar days after the charge.
- Partial billing periods, unused time, unused features, or removing the bot from a server.
- Forgetting to cancel, accidental renewal, server ownership changes, or loss of Discord access.
- Dissatisfaction with market outcomes, token performance, alert results, or third-party data.
- Temporary outages, delayed or missed alerts, or failures caused by Discord, Stripe, blockchain networks, data providers, or other third parties.
- Suspension or termination resulting from fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or violations of our Terms.
5. Trials, Cancellation, and Charge Disputes
An uncharged free trial has no payment to refund. Canceling a trial or subscription prevents future billing according to Stripe's displayed terms but does not create an entitlement to a refund. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate. We may suspend associated access while a payment dispute is pending and may provide transaction and usage records to the payment processor when responding to a dispute.
6. Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Processing times are controlled by Stripe, payment networks, and your financial institution. We cannot guarantee when an approved refund will appear. A refund may terminate the corresponding subscription and access to paid features.
7. Relationship to Other Terms
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. If this policy conflicts with non-waivable consumer-protection law, that law controls only to the extent of the conflict.
