Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Meme Coin Hunter website, Discord bot, APIs, alerts, scans, subscription features, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by the owner of Meme Coin Hunter ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, purchasing a subscription, or authorizing the bot in a Discord server, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. If you use the Service for a Discord server, organization, or other person, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms. You are responsible for your Discord account, server permissions, account security, and all activity performed through them.

Meme Coin Hunter provides automated market information, alerts, token data, wallet activity, sentiment indicators, and related tools for general informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing provided by the Service is financial, investment, legal, tax, trading, or other professional advice, nor a recommendation, solicitation, endorsement, or guarantee concerning any token, transaction, platform, or strategy.

We are not a broker, investment adviser, exchange, custodian, fiduciary, or money transmitter. We do not execute trades, hold user funds, or control blockchain transactions. You are solely responsible for researching and evaluating any action you take.

Cryptocurrency and meme coins are highly speculative and may be volatile, illiquid, manipulated, fraudulent, technically defective, or become worthless without warning. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Data may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, duplicated, unavailable, or misleading. You assume all risk of loss arising from decisions made using or relating to the Service. Never provide a private key, seed phrase, or wallet credential to Meme Coin Hunter.

• Paid plans unlock the features and limits described at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled through Stripe.
• You authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method, including applicable taxes.
• Trials are limited as described at checkout and may be denied when a user or server previously used one.
• Canceling prevents future renewal but ordinarily does not end access before the paid period expires.
• Prices, limits, and included features may change prospectively upon reasonable notice.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law. Removing the bot, leaving a server, failing to configure an alert, or failing to use a subscription does not automatically cancel billing.

You may not, and may not assist another person to:

• Use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, deceptively, or to violate another person's rights.
• Present alerts or data as guaranteed, professional advice, or information originating from us when altered.
• Abuse, overload, disrupt, probe, scrape, attack, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service.
• Circumvent subscriptions, access controls, rate limits, trials, usage limits, or security measures.
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Transmit malware, harvest credentials, track people unlawfully, or use wallet data to threaten or harass.
• Use the Service in violation of Discord's rules or the rules of any third-party service.

You are responsible for all wallet addresses, channels, filters, settings, branding, and other information submitted through your account or Discord server. Wallet addresses and blockchain activity are ordinarily public, but associating an address with a name or server can reveal additional information. You represent that you have a lawful basis to submit and use any information you provide.

The Service depends on Discord, Stripe, blockchain networks, infrastructure providers, exchanges, market-data providers, social platforms, and other third parties we do not control. Their terms and policies may apply independently. We are not responsible for their content, conduct, availability, accuracy, security, policy changes, outages, or decisions to restrict access. Links to third-party trading services are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsements.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, original content, and functionality, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Feedback may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

We may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, abuse, legal risk, security concerns, nonpayment, third-party platform action, or operational necessity. We do not guarantee that any feature, data source, alert, integration, or subscription benefit will remain available permanently.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, OR RESULTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ALERTS WILL BE TIMELY, COMPLETE, UNIQUE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND PERSONNEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OPPORTUNITIES, DATA, GOODWILL, OR DIGITAL ASSETS; TRADING LOSSES; OR UNAUTHORIZED OR IRREVERSIBLE TRANSACTIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US DURING THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, service providers, licensors, and personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your content or configuration, or your violation of another person's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator of Meme Coin Hunter principally conducts business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer law, disputes must be brought in courts having jurisdiction over that location. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

These Terms and the policies they incorporate are the entire agreement concerning the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with operating or transferring the Service.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
